Drugs education campaigns aimed at kids are of more than a passing interest to UKCIA, especially when they’re done badly.
As long as the prevention effort is directed against the adult trade in prohibited drugs, kids are just collateral damage and nothing specific can be done to protect them. So all in all as far as cannabis goes this follow up report was probably best buried.
