Last weekend CLEAR member Jamie (previously known only as “Clarence CLEAR”) made a return trip to Holland to pick up his second prescription.
The most important change is that we have removed the proposal for domestic cultivation licences. It was unpopular and the costs of enforcing such a measure would be counterproductive.
Sorry to be critical but the law reform campaign really has to be better than this.
