How much does drug policy matter? - Comparing drug use data, Netherlands and US

This presentation looked at several measures of drug use in Amsterdam and Sanfrancisco - two camparable cities with very different drug control regimes. The results indicate that the use of drugs is not affected to any great extent by the legal framework.
